ITOJARA

About us

ITOJARA is building a digital marketplace that connects businesses with customers, supports product discovery, and creates opportunities for trade. The current market is Nigeria.

Mission

Give buyers a clear way to find a published product, request a quotation, and place an order, and give sellers a reviewed path to publish a listing. The commercial state of an order stays visible to the people allowed to see it.

Marketplace model

A buyer orders from a seller's published offer. Registering as a seller does not approve the seller, and a product is public only after it is published. Prices are recorded in Nigerian naira. The software does not convert currencies.

Nigeria first

Nigeria is the operating market. Checkout uses one currency. Currency conversion, cross-border tax, cross-border delivery, and international trading are later objectives. They are not live services.

Long-term vision

The direction is to connect manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and customers across Africa, and eventually to support international trade. Artisan and service-provider participation is a planned possibility. Artisan and service-provider registration is not available yet.

What the record shows

Orders, payments, refunds, and settlement accruals are recorded as explicit states. A customer-facing AI assistant is not part of the current product. Payment and refund actions stay with the people using those screens.

Trust and transparency

Public policies on this website are drafts until qualified review. Fees are not described as charged unless an approved rate applies. Test-mode payments are not described as live revenue. This site does not publish seller counts, transaction volumes, testimonials, or customer reviews.
