Review status: draft

Buyer Terms

Draft for qualified legal review. This page explains the current software. It is not a final or binding legal document, and it does not claim regulatory compliance.

Describe what a buyer can do with an account and what checkout currently charges.

Buying

A buyer can search published products, save a cart, request quotations where that procurement flow is available, and place an order for a selected delivery address. The order total shown at checkout is the amount payable in that step.

Checkout does not add a separate tax line or a separate shipping line. That display is not a statement that the goods are tax-exempt, and it is not a promise that delivery is free.

Payment and refunds

Payment status is recorded on the order. A payment made while the provider is in test mode is not a live charge. Live charges are not authorized by this draft.

One successful refund is recorded for an order. Before shipment, a customer can request a refund of the order total, and the order is cancelled only after the provider confirms it. After delivery, the path is a return followed by a refund. No refund deadline is published.
