What ITOJARA is
ITOJARA connects buyers, sellers and opportunities worldwide. It is a multi-category marketplace connecting manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, entrepreneurs and customers to discover products, connect and trade. Buyers can register, search published products, request quotations, and place orders. Sellers can register a business or individual seller profile, submit it for review, and publish products after approval. Artisan services, professional services, and a separate individual-to-individual marketplace are not available yet.
Nigeria is the first operating market. Prices are recorded in Nigerian naira minor units unless a future approved market says otherwise. The software does not convert currencies.
Accounts
Registration asks for an email address and a password of at least 12 characters. The account stays pending until the email verification link is used. A duplicate email receives the same acknowledgement as a new registration and does not create a second account.
These draft terms are accepted only when a person submits the current version. An older account is not treated as having accepted this version.
Unresolved decisions
The governing law, venue, liability cap, and company contracting party are not decided in this draft. No company registration number or office address is stated because none has been supplied for publication.
