Seller Agreement

Who can apply

A seller account can be a business or an individual merchant. The profile asks for a legal name, country, and classification such as manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, retailer or small business, importer, or individual merchant. Artisan and service-provider selling is not an available registration type.

Submitting a profile sends it for administrative review. It does not approve the seller. Identity and company documents are not requested. No document upload is provided.

Listings, orders, and money

Products move through draft, review, published, rejected, or archived states. A suspended seller cannot change the catalogue and does not appear as a seller of new storefront stock. An order that was already paid can still be fulfilled. Suspension does not cancel that paid order.

Where a marketplace commission is in force for the order's country and currency, the seller sees that commission before shipping. Registration and subscription stay free. The approved Nigeria naira launch rates stay inactive until an administrator puts that policy in force. Accrual is not a bank payout. ITOJARA does not automatically transfer supplier funds.

For an eligible Nigeria naira order, the buyer pays the checkout total. No processing surcharge is added. ITOJARA absorbs the estimated payment-processing fee up to the marketplace commission. The seller bears only the amount by which that estimate exceeds the commission. The seller must accept those deductions, under this agreement version, before the order can be shipped. An estimate is not a final settlement. If the provider later reports a higher fee, the seller deduction is not increased. A lower reported fee reduces the seller deduction. Refunds adjust commission, the seller processing contribution, and accrued settlement in proportion to the refund. Payout costs and chargebacks are accounted separately and are not part of this deduction.
