AI Usage Disclosure
State the AI capability that is and is not available to customers.
Current state
Customer-facing AI is not available. The production configuration keeps the language-model switch and the agent worker off. This page does not describe a live assistant, automatic quotation, or automatic purchase.
Where an internal agent tool exists, it is refused permission to initialize a payment, confirm a payment, create a refund, or modify a settlement. A person has to use the ordinary payment and refund screens for those actions.
Future AI features are not current services. Turning a model on requires a separate decision, a data review, and a revised disclosure.
